I support adults managing a wide variety of mental health disorders and life transitions that bring on increased stress levels. While using psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral therapy, I recognize the benefit in helping my clients feel mentally and emotionally strong so they can gain insight to resolve problems and modify their behavior. In addition to teaching valuable coping skills, I will support my clients in making positive changes to improve their mental state and feel more satisfied in their daily life.
